Cancellation:

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be processed.

Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return period expires after 7 days, and unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged Items:
